Do you sell aftermarket parts or original manufacturer replacements?

We only sell Original Manufacturer Replacement Parts at this time, with very limited exceptions. This is because we stand behind the quality of all products we carry.

Every replacement part we sell is a direct manufacturer replacement straight from the manufacturer's factory.

In very rare cases where a part is discontinued, we may offer an aftermarket substitute - but we will always clearly mark and label any substituted parts.

Do you offer local pickup for parts in Vancouver, BC?

At this time, we do not offer local pickup for parts. However, we do offer same-day shipping on over 90% of the thousands of locally available parts we stock.

What is the warranty on parts?

We always offer a warranty on all parts. Our warranty coverage follows the manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to this list in order to see what the warranty coverage is for your brand.

Do you offer expedited delivery?

We use UPS, Fedex, Purolator and Canada Post to deliver parts to customers. In many cases local deliveries in the greater Metro Vancouver area happen on the next business day as long as the order is received before 2PM.

Please keep in mind that we make every reasonable effort to ship parts out as quickly as we can - but we are not responsible for delays on the courier's end once the parts are shipped. We strive to provide a tracking number as soon as we get one from the courier to ensure you're always in the know as to when your package is scheduled to arrive.

What is the return policy on parts?

We follow a simple and reasonable return policy on any of the parts we sell.

If the part has not been installed and no attempt to install was made, we'll take it back no questions asked.

Please bear in mind that any damage resulting to the part or any signs that the part may have been installed can result in a declined return claim. This is because in most cases (especially with electrical components) an incorrect install procedure may result in irreparable damage to the part. This is especially common with control boards, and other static-sensitive parts.

Our team consists of many parts experts and appliance industry experts that have extensive experience with both the appliances and the parts we sell.

In many cases it's very obvious when someone tried to install a part, and it either didn't fit or was damaged due to an incorrect installation procedure, and then the part is returned.

We take this very seriously and will decline many claims where the part has obviously been installed before.
