Our Return & Refund Policy

Here at Right Choice Appliance Parts we follow a reasonable and straight-forward return policy:

If the part has not been installed and no attempt to install was made, we'll take it back no questions asked.

Please bear in mind that any damage resulting to the part or any signs that the part may have been installed can result in a declined return claim. This is because in most cases (especially with electrical components) an incorrect install procedure may result in irreparable damage to the part. This is especially common with control boards, and other static-sensitive parts.

Additionally, the manufacturer does not take back any parts that show signs of use. This includes but is not limited to scratches or marks, dirt and debris, stains, and other signs of the part having been used which would make it unfit for sale as a brand new unused replacement part.

Please be advised that our experts check all parts prior to issuing an Approval on any return claim!

If your return claim is Approved by our experts, we will issue a refund for your order amount, minus the shipping costs, and minus a 10% restocking fee. The restocking fee and shipping subtractions are waived in cases where we got your order wrong (i.e. shipped you an incorrect part).
